Ruben Loftus-Cheek looks set to join Crystal Palace on a season-long loan.
The Chelsea midfielder has attracted interest from a number of clubs, including Brighton, West Ham and Newcastle.
But Palace are poised to snap up Loftus-Cheek, 21, after he was told by Blues boss Antonio Conte that his first-team opportunities at Chelsea are likely to remain limited.
Loftus-Cheek made just six appearances last season and is keen to play regular Premier League football.
He is set to become Frank de Boer’s first signing as Palace boss and the latest Chelsea youngster to be loaned out for the coming season, with Tammy Abraham and Kasey Palmer having recently joined Swansea and Huddersfield respectively.
