Chelsea youngsters lose to Brighton despite fightback

Chelsea’s development side suffered a rare home defeat, losing 3-2 to Brighton on Saturday despite a second-half fightback.

The young Blues found themselves 3-0 down in the Premier League 2 match at Aldershot’s recreation ground.

Billy Gilmour reduced the deficit with a penalty with 19 minutes remaining and Tino Anjorin (pictured) made it 3-2 three minutes later, but Brighton held on.
