A late equaliser by Pierre Ekwah Elimby earned a point for Chelsea’s Under-18 side, who drew 2-2 at home to West Ham.
Chelsea were behind twice in the game at their Cobham training ground, where George Nunn hauled them level in the first half and they then hit the woodwork twice.
After Amadou Diallo scored with a penalty after Dynel Simeu had fouled Jayden Fevrier, Nunn equalised after being set up by James Clark.
Clark then fired against the post and Jon Russell’s free-kick hit the upright as the home side dominated before the break.
Emmanuel Longelo restored West Ham’s lead on 79 minutes but Chelsea hit back two minutes later when Elimby netted after the visitors were unable to clear a corner.
