A last-minute goal by Charlie Brown earned Chelsea’s development side a 1-1 draw against Tottenham on the eve of the first-team clash between the two clubs.
Jack Roles put the away side ahead midway through the first half of the game at Aldershot, where Billy Gilmour had a second-half penalty saved.
Spurs keeper Brandon Austin kept out Gilmour’s spot-kick after Brown’s cross had been handled by Japhet Tanganga.
Earlier, Austin produced a superb save to deny Tariq Lamptey and Juan Castillo was denied an equaliser by a goal-line clearance.
But Chelsea eventually drew level when Brown fired home after collecting Conor Gallagher’s pass.
