Chelsea are to assess an ankle injury suffered by Oscar in their Champions League clash with Juventus.
The Brazilian scored two goals – one of them a truly stunning strike – to put the European champions in command before Juve hit back to snatch a 2-2 draw at Stamford Bridge.
It was an outstanding display by Oscar on his first start for the Blues, but he limped off after being hurt in a crunching challenge with 15 minutes remaining.
He will be examined at Chelsea’s Cobham training ground on Thursday morning and could be a doubt for this weekend’s home match against Stoke.
“It was a knock on his ankle. We’ll assess it tomorrow,” manager Roberto Di Matteo confirmed.
