Chelsea to play Arsenal in Stockholm friendly

Chelsea will play Arsenal in Stockholm in a pre-season friendly in August.

The two clubs will meet as part of the International Champions Cup, which also features Liverpool, Manchester United, Tottenham and newly-crowned champions Manchester City.

Chelsea will play Sevilla of Spain in Warsaw, Poland, on July 28, before travelling to Sweden to face Italian side Inter Milan in Gothenburg on August 1.

The game against Arsenal will take place three days later, on August 4.

The six Premier League clubs will be joined by the likes of Barcelona, Real Madrid, Bayern Munich, Juventus, AC Milan and Paris St-Germain in the competition.

Matches will be played at various venues in the United States, Europe and Singapore.

Each of the English sides will play three fixtures.
