N'Golo Kante remains unavailable for Chelsea's game at home to Norwich but could be fit for Sunday's FA Cup semi-final against Manchester United, Frank Lampard has said.
Kante is still recovering from the hamstring problem which has kept him out of the past two matches.
However, speaking at a news conference on Monday afternoon, Blues boss Lampard said the Frenchman "has a chance" of being involved this weekend.
Andreas Christensen went off a half-time during Saturday's defeat at Sheffield United but is available for the Norwich match.
"He had to come off at half-time with an injury but he's back into the squad for this game," Lampard confirmed.
Chelsea, chasing a top-four finish, are strong favourites to beat the Canaries, who have already been relegated.
But Lampard insisted: "We absolutely have to treat Norwich with the utmost respect.
"Wounded animal, or whatever you want to call it, they have quality players.
"In a lot of games I've seen them this season they can probably feel unfortunate not to have got results. That's the nature of the Premier League.
"We'll certainly be expecting a very tough game."
