Chelsea keeper back in training
Chelsea goalkeeper Petr Cech has handed the club a major boost by returning to full training following a knee injury.
The Czech Republic international, 29, suffered medial ligament damage after falling awkwardly during a training session last month.
He has missed the Blues’ opening Premier League matches, with Hilario keeping goal in his absence.
It was feared Cech would be out of action for up to four weeks, but he has made a quicker-than-expected recovery and could play against Sunderland on Saturday.
Hilario has produced some impressive saves in Cech’s absence but was guilty of an error which handed Norwich an equaliser during Chelsea’s recent 3-1 win against the Canaries.
