Chelsea interested in Fulham teenager

Chelsea are monitoring Fulham academy player Harvey Elliott.

The 14-year-old winger is regarded as one of the Whites’ brightest prospects.

Manchester City have also shown an interest in Elliott but are currently banned from signing youth players from English clubs.

Chelsea, meanwhile, are being investigated by Fifa over their recruitment of young players.
