The England Under-20 internationals were invited to join the session – 24 hours after Chelsea’s Jake Clarke-Salter trained with the senior squad.
Blues captain Gary Cahill did not take part in the session on the eve of Friday’s friendly against Germany at Wembley.
Chelsea’s Ruben-Loftus Cheek looks set to make his England debut against the Germans.
The 21-year-old midfielder, who is on loan at Crystal Palace, is expected to start Friday’s game.
Previously a regular for England Under-21s, Loftus-Cheek has impressed since joining Palace on a season-long loan during the summer.
Chelsea’s Tammy Abraham, currently on loan at Swansea City, is also hoping to be involved.
Meanwhile, three Chelsea players featured for England as they began Uefa Under-19 European Championship campaign by thrashing the Faroe Islands 6-0.
Reece James and Trevoh Chalobah started the game in Bulgaria, as did Fulham’s Ryan Sessegnon, while another Blues youngster, Mason Mount, came on as a substitute.
Four of England’s goals were scored by Arsenal’s Eddie Nketiah, while Sunderland’s Elliot Embleton and Ben Brereton of Nottingham Forest also netted.
