Chelsea trio feature in England Under-21 win
Tammy Abraham scored and his fellow Chelsea youngsters Jake Clarke-Salter and Jay Dasilva also featured as England Under-21s beat Qatar 4-0 in their final Group A match at the Toulon Tournament
Striker Abraham (pictured) returned to the side for the match in Fos-sur-Mer after being left out for the 0-0 draw against Mexico earlier this week. Clarke-Salter also started, while Dasilva came on as a substitute.
An own goal put England ahead and Leeds’ Ronaldo Vieira made it 2-0 before Abraham added the third on 56 minutes.
The Blues striker, who earlier had a goal disallowed for offside, tapped in from close range after being found by a cross from Newcastle’s Adam Armstrong, who scored the fourth.
The win was not enough to seal automatic qualification for the knockout stage as England finished second in the group behind Mexico.
They must wait to see if they progress to the semi-finals as the best second-placed side.
