Chelsea have confirmed the signing of France international Tiemoue Bakayoko from Monaco.
The 22-year-old midfielder has agreed a five-year contract at Stamford Bridge after the two clubs agreed an undisclosed fee.
Bakayoko joined Monaco from Rennes in 2014 and made his France debut in March.
He was instrumental in Monaco’s Ligue 1 title triumph last season and helped them to the semi-finals of the Champions League.
He is the third senior signing for Chelsea this summer, after the arrivals of Manchester City goalkeeper Willy Caballero and Roma defender Antonio Rudiger.
