Bayern Munich are looking to take Callum Hudson-Odoi on loan from Chelsea, who are considering letting both the winger and Ruben Loftus-Cheek spend the rest of the season elsewhere.
Bayern attempted to buy Hudson-Odoi prior to him signing a five-year contract at Stamford Bridge just over 12 months ago.
And the German club have expressed interest in a potential loan deal now he has fallen down the pecking order at Chelsea.
Hudson-Odoi faces competition for a place from the likes of Christian Pulisic, Hakim Ziyech and Kai Havertz.
He was keen to make the move to Germany before being given a run of games in the Chelsea side last year - a run which was ended by a ruptured Achilles tendon.
However, he has so far not pushed to leave the Bridge despite his first-team prospects appearing to be limited.
Meanwhile, Chelsea boss Frank Lampard has said the another loan move for Loftus-Cheek “is something I will consider.”
The midfielder, who previously spent a season on loan at Crystal Palace, did not impress during Chelsea’s recent win at Brighton and has not featured since.
