Chelsea come from behind to beat Bournemouth in friendly
Armando Broja and Ike Ugo scored as Chelsea came from behind to win 2-1 in a friendly at Bournemouth.
Emiliano Marcondes, released by Brentford having scored at Wembley in their play-off final triumph in May, headed Bournemouth in front early in the second half.
Broja, who recently signed a new five-year contract, equalised by finishing from close range after being found by Baba Rahman’s cross.
Ugbo’s future appears to be away from Chelsea – the striker is expected to leave the club before the start of the new season.
But he was on hand to nod the Blues ahead from Ross Barkley’s left-wing corner with 14 minutes remaining.
Chelsea’s pre-season campaign will continue with a game at Arsenal on Sunday.

Chelsea love building future leaders but in the case of changing coaches every now and then that will shorten the playing oppurtunity given to academy graduates because each coach will build his favourite squad

Big football club never relied on their academy alone. they only selected few who are capable to move the club forward with some other top class players… so, I believe Chelsea are doing what other the big wigs are doing.. everyone saw the achievement the London based team are making

In Chelsea, our big problem is not trusting academy graduates since they are not being give the opportunity to showcase their talents. my opinion is that lets combine them with the already experience players so that they can also realize their blue jersey dream.
