Chelsea youngster Fankaty Dabo has joined Vitesse Arnhem on a season-long loan.
The Dutch club have a partnership agreement with Chelsea and versatile defender Dabo, 21, is the latest player to join them from the Blues.
Dabo has won FA Youth Cup and Under-21 Premier League during his time with Chelsea.
He made 15 appearances for Swindon Town while on loan with them last season.
