Chelsea Ladies easily secured a place in the last 16 of the Women’s Champions League, winning 3-0 at Glasgow City and the tie 4-0 on aggregate.
One up from last week’s home leg, the Women’s Super League champions were in a commanding position after Eniola Aluko’s first-half goal.
And second-half goals from Fran Kirby and Gilly Flaherty completed a resounding victory for the visitors.
Aluko’s fine strike was a crushing blow to the Scottish side’s hopes of a comeback.
They would have been further behind at the interval had keeper Lee Alexander, who produced a number of saves in the first leg, not denied Millie Bright and Kirby.
But she could do nothing about Kirby’s emphatic finish or Flaherty’s header from Ji So-Yun’s cross.
Alexander was also beaten when Aluko’s left-footed effort hit the woodwork.
