Brentford boss Mark Warburton and striker Andre Gray have been named the Championship’s manager and player of the month respectively.
The Bees won all six of their league games in November, beating the likes of Nottingham Forest, Derby and Fulham, and Gray scored five goals during that run.
Warburton said: “It’s a massive boost for him and the squad. I’m delighted.
“It’s testament to his work over the last five to six months but to the players and the staff too.
“Hopefully this is just the first of many such awards for him because there’s much more to come from Andre Gray.”
Meanwhile, Warburton dedicated his award to his staff.
“It’s about the work of people like Frank McParland, David Weir, Simon Royce, Kevin O’Connor and all the medical and analytical teams,” he said.
“These are team awards and if we’re building shelves at the end of the season we’ll be in a good place.”
