Brentford manager Uwe Rosler says the strength of his squad means he is in a fantastic position ahead of the all-important run-in.
With 12 games of the season remaining, the Bees head to Stevenage on Tuesday night knowing a win could propel them to within a point of the League One summit.
Youngsters Jake Reeves and Stuart Dallas impressed during Saturday’s 1-0 victory over Scunthorpe.
And with key players Clayton Donaldson and Adam Forshaw available again, Rosler admits he now faces some tough decisions.
“It is very good to have so many players to choose from, but what do you think they say at Manchester United, or Manchester City or Liverpool?” he said.
“Football is about a squad of about 18 places. When you play a game every three days there will be changes, and there will be more made on Tuesday again.
“That is nothing to do with performances against Scunthorpe, it is just to add energy and freshness in the legs and especially in the head.
“As long my players understand that there is no problem – everyone will get games. When they get their chance they have to use it.”
Rosler added: “I have a selection headache [ahead of Tuesday’s game].
“The lads who came in against Scunthorpe did very well but we missed two of our top players and they will be ready for selection.
“It is a fantastic position I am in. I am not dictating who is in the 18 – the players are dictating who is in the 18.”
