Brentford boss Uwe Rosler has succeeded in his bid to sign Paul Hayes from Charlton.
The striker, 28, hasĀ agreed a three-year contract at Griffin Park after being allowed to leave the Addicks on a free transfer.
Rosler had hoped to sign him before the league season started but had to wait while Hayes considered his options.
As well as Charlton, Hayes has played for the likes of Barnsley, Preston and Scunthorpe.
He scored six goals in as many appearances during a loan spell at Wycombe last season.
