Alan McCormack has signed a new two-year contract at Brentford.
The 30-year-old, whose new deal includes the option of a third year, has been a key player for the Bees since arriving from Swindon in the summer of 2013.
Brentford manager Mark Warburton said: “Alan’s effort has been outstanding. He’s a flexible full-back, he can drop into midfield and has a fantastic attitude – a never-say-die type.
“It’s important the young players see how hard he works and what it means to him.”
