McCormack lands new Brentford contract
Alan McCormack is in line for a new one-year contract after triggering a clause in his current Brentford deal by making 23 league starts this season.
The 32-year-old’s contract was due to expire at the end of the campaign but is set to be extended following his appearance in the 2-1 win over Cardiff on Tuesday evening.
McCormack was signed from Swindon on a free transfer in 2013 and has made a total of 90 appearances for the Bees.
