Brentford have accepted an offer from Leeds United for Toumani Diagouraga.
Glasgow Rangers, managed by former Bees boss Mark Warburton, also want the 28-year-old midfielder but had an approach rejected.
Diagouraga is now set to discuss personal terms with Leeds ahead of a possible move to Elland Road.
He joined Brentford from Peterborough in 2009, initially on loan, and has made 190 league appearances since signing a permanent deal at Griffin Park in 2010.
