Brentford have rejected an offer from Sheffield Wednesday for Alan Judge.
The 27-year-old playmaker, who was signed from Blackburn Rovers in 2014, has been in brilliant form this season.
A number of Championship clubs have been monitoring him in recent months and Wednesday made an approach soon after the January transfer window opened.
Judge has made 82 league appearances for Brentford since he arrived at Griffin Park, initially on loan. He is under contract until 2017.
He has scored 20 goals for the club, with 10 coming this season – four of them in the Bees’ last seven matches.
