Birmingham agree deal to sign Jota
Brentford have agreed a £6m deal to sell Jota to Birmingham City.
The Spaniard is set to join Harlee Dean, who completed a move from the Bees to St Andrews on Wednesday.
A number of clubs have expressed an interest in Jota and offers were rejected from Middlesbrough and Hull City.
His contract at Griffin Park expires next summer.
Birmingham’s former QPR boss Harry Redknapp told TalkSport: “He’s got great ability. There won’t be many better players in the Championship than him, that’s for sure. We’re very very pleased to have got that one done.”
