Swift and Rodriguez ruled out of Ipswich visit

John Swift and Leandro Rodriguez will again be missing when Brentford travel to Ipswich on Saturday.

The two loanees both sat out Tuesday’s 3-1 win over Bolton and won’t be fit for the trip to Portman Road.

Swift, on loan from Chelsea, had to have stitches following a bad tackle in England Under-21s’ draw with Switzerland.

Uruguayan Rodriguez, brought in from Everton in March, limped out of the 3-0 win at Nottingham Forest last weekend with a hamstring injury.

However, Brentford hope to have Rodriguez back in time to face Bristol City next Saturday.
