Brentford boss Dean Smith bemoaned his side once again gifting the opposition chances after the 3-2 defeat at Hull.
The Bees led against the Tigers bur ended up leaving with nothing.
“We were quite comfortable for 45-50 minutes, then we pressed the self-destruct button,” said Smith.
“I thought we were managing the game very well. But we gave a needless free-kick away in the corner and they were always going to be dangerous from set pieces.
“Maybe sub-consciously we were thinking about giving away another lead but we started chasing the game and we started giving the ball back.”
