Brentford extend Bidwell’s loan spell

Brentford have confirmed they have extended Jake Bidwell’s loan spell by another month.

The young Everton left-back has impressed since arriving in west London in November and will stay at Griffin Park until 20 March – the day before his 19th birthday.

Bidwell has made nine appearances for the Bees, the most recent coming in Tuesday’s 2-1 defeat at Colchester.
