Defender Crama pens new deal with Brentford
Defender Tristan Crama has signed a new two-year deal with Brentford.
The 20-year-old joined the Bees from French side AS Béziers in August 2020 and has featured regularly for the club’s B team since – making 54 appearances in total.
Brentford also have an option to extend his deal by another year.
“Tristan has certainly earned his new contract,” B team boss Neil MacFarlane said.
“Last year he really kicked on and was a mainstay in our defence. Towards the end of last season he featured in and around the first-team group as well so it’s really good progression for him.
“He’s come back in good shape for pre-season and hopefully we can see him kick on even further because we’re really excited about the prospect of developing him.”
Meanwhile, forward Hans Mpongo will leave the club following the expiration of his contract.
