Brentford have recalled Antonio German from his loan spell at Gillingham.
The former QPR striker, 21, was due to return to Griffin Park on Easter Monday, but the Bees have exercised an option allowing them to recall him a few days early.
He made seven appearances during his time with the Gills, three of them as a substitute, and scored once.
German has played four times for Brentford’s first team this season and in November scored his first goal for the club, netting the equaliser in the 1-1 draw against Preston.
Meanwhile, Adam Forshaw has told West London Sport that Brentford have the League One title in their sights.
