Bees back in for Toney and still keen on Balogun

Brentford are in talks with Peterborough again over a potential deal to sign striker Ivan Toney.

Toney, 24, is one of a number of forwards Brentford have earmarked as a potential signing this summer.


They made an approach to Peterborough for him in January but were unable to reach an agreement with the League One club.

The Bees also tried to land Arsenal’s Folarin Balogun and remain interested in the 19-year-old midfielder.
