Rico Henry will miss Brentford’s final game of the season against Blackburn and both Ryan Woods and Maxime Colin are doubtful.
All three players missed the 1-1 draw at Fulham on Saturday that saw the Bees’ rivals all-but mathematically secure a play-off spot.
Brentford boss Dean Smith said: “Rico got injured in training on Thursday. He opened up his knee joint.
“He’s likely to be out for a few weeks so that’s his season over. It’s a loss to lose him.
“Ryan Woods has burst a blood vessel in his ankle so his ankle is badly bruised.
“Maxime just wasn’t ready for this game because of a hip issue.
“It was a problem for us and you only have to look at our bench to see that we were down to the bare bones today.”
