Sam Saunders and Toumani Diagagoru featured for Brentford’s development side in a match against Tottenham on Tuesday afternoon.
Winger Saunders has been out for three weeks with a knee problem, while midfielder Diagagoru has not featured this term after suffering a knee injury during pre-season.
Striker David Clarkson, recently signed on loan from Bristol City, also played against a Spurs team that included William Gallas and former Bees loanee John Bostock.
Saunders played the first half and Clarkson an hour, while Diagagoru lasted the entire 90 minutes.
Brentford won the game 2-1 with goals from Harry Forrester and Mike Grella.
