Brentford defender Oyegoke joins MK Dons on loan

Brentford defender Daniel Oyegoke will spend the season on loan with League One club MK Dons.

The 19-year-old joined the Bees from Arsenal in 2021 and has since been part of the club’s B team.

“I think it’s a fantastic move for Daniel. He will go to a team that play a really good brand of football,” Brentford’s B team head coach Neil MacFarlane said.

“More and more of our young players are getting the opportunity to step out on loan into the Football League which is positive to see.

“Daniel has developed massively over the course of his first year with the B team and we were delighted to see him flourish in the summer with England.”
