Aston Villa are expected to complete the signing of Brentford striker Scott Hogan ahead of the transfer deadline.
A fee has been agreed for the 24-year-old, who is undergoing a medical ahead of a move to the Midlands club.
Villa are set to pay an initial £9m, with another £3m to potentially in add-ons.
The Bees plan to use some of the money to sign Sergi Canos from Norwich. The two clubs have agreed fee for the 19-year-old.
