Brentford have had an offer for Sergi Canos accepted by Norwich.
West London Sport revealed earlier this month that the Bees were looking to bring Canos back to Griffin Park on a permanent deal.
Canos, 19, impressed last season while on loan from Liverpool at Brentford, who wanted to sign him in the summer.
He instead joined Norwich, where he has been unable to establish himself as a first-team player.
Canos is expected to undergo a medical later today.
