Brentford manager Mark Warburton played down the significance of their defeat to promotion rivals Wolves and insisted his players would learn from the experience.
The Bees were emphatically beaten 3-0 at Griffin Park– their first loss in 20 league matches – and slipped off the top of the table and out of the automatic promotion places.
But Warburton, who tasted defeat for the first time since taking over from Uwe Rosler, said it would not derail their season.
“We have lost one game in 20 – it’s not the time to push the panic button,” he said.
“There’s a lot of games and a lot of football still to be played and we’re in very good shape.
“Of course we’re disappointed, but the fact is as long as we can learn as a group then we’ll be okay. It’s a horrible feeling at the moment, but we have to learn.
“We’ve been very good of late, creating chances and being clever in the final third, but we lacked a bit of quality today. We have to think about what we can we do better.”

You should change the title to "Boss deluded after Brentford defeat". 0-3
“We are one point off the top with two games in hand on the team in second [Wolves] so it’s still in our hands."
Errr. No you aren't. You are one point behind Orient with two games in hand. But one point behind Wolves and the same number of games.
