McEachran’s latest injury is ‘nothing serious’

Brentford midfielder Josh McEachran picked up a knock during the defeat against Bristol City but the injury is not thought to be serious.

McEachran, who has been plagued by injury problems, was withdrawn at half-time and replaced by by Kamo Mokotjo.

But new head coach Thomas Frank insisted: “It’s nothing serious.

“He got a knock – not an injury. But it was better to get fresh energy on the pitch.”
