Bees ‘standing firm’ on Raya, says Frank
Brentford boss Thomas Frank insists goalkeeper David Raya will not leave the club during the transfer window as he is “not for sale”.
Raya is a target for Arsenal to replace the outgoing Emiliano Martinez, who is expected to leave the north London club.
But Frank reiterated that Said Benrahma is the only player the club are willing to listen to offers for following the departure of Ollie Watkins, who has joined Aston Villa.
He explained: “I said before that if the price is right for Ollie Watkins and Said Benrahma then we are open because that’s the way that football works. The rest are not for sale.”
Pushed further on Raya, he added: “I would like to repeat myself. If the price is right for Ollie Watkins and Said Benrahma then they are for sale, the rest are not for sale.
“We are standing firm.”

As a bees fan I hope that we do stand firm the keeper has 3 years left on a 4 year contract and he owes us a bit after the play off final.arsenal and players agent have acted appallingly in unsettling a player who is not for sale.
