Bees set to sign Austria striker Djuricin

Brentford are set to sign Austria international Marco Djuricin from Red Bull Salzburg on a season-long loan.

The 22-year-old striker is undergoing a medical with the Bees after an agreement was reached between the clubs.

Brentford have been searching for a replacement for Andre Gray, who joined Championship rivals Burnley last week.

Djuricin was recently handed his first two caps for Austria having represented his country at every youth level from Under-17 to Under-21.

He signed for Salzburg from Sturm Graz, having made his senior club debut during a three-spell with Hertha Berlin.
