Brentford midfielder Marcus Bean will be assessed after being taken off during his side’s victory over Rochdale.
Bean could be set for another spell on the sidelines after suffering a recurrence of an injury which recently kept him out of action.
The club’s medical staff will take a close look at the problem, which affects both his knee and ankle.
Bean explained: “I got a tackle from one of their lads. I’ve tweaked a previous injury that kept me out for a few games. It’s a bit of a recurrence of the old problem.
“It needs to be assessed. This injury can calm down very quickly but we maybe need to look at why it keeps happening. We’ll discuss it and try to get to the bottom of it.”
