Bees defender Goode set for Sheffield United move

Brentford centre-back Charlie Goode is set to join Sheffield United on loan with view to a permanent move to Bramall Lane.

Goode, who signed for the Bees from Northampton at the start of last season for £1.2m, has made struggled to make an impression at the club, making just 20 appearances in all competitions.


The 26-year-old will undergo a medical with the Blades, with the move expected to be confirmed later on Monday.
