Draw was a fair result – Smith
Brentford boss Dean Smith felt a draw was a fair result against Wolves.
Both teams had chances in the stalemate at Griffin Park, but the Bees are still waiting for their first Championship win of the season.
“I thought it was a fair result against probably the best team we have faced so far this season,” said Smith.
“They gave us problems, we gave them problems. But one of our problems has been not scoring when we’re on top.
“There were spells when we were on top and spells when they were on top. I’ve been pleased with the performances of the players and this was a test.”
Smith also admitted that the international break has come at the right time for his players.
“Wolves looked a bit fresher. That was our seventh game in 22 days and the players are ready for that break,” he admitted.

Wolves are the best Brentford have played so far! So why did Smith send his players out to kick them off the park, probably scared that if they played the “game” of football they would have been well beaten.
Hackers have no place in our game.
