The Brentford boss has extended the loans of Fulham striker Marcello Trotta, Norwich’s Tom Adeyemi and Wigan’s Rob Kiernan.
And a cash windfall from the FA Cup clashes with Chelsea will also give the Bees more room to manoeuvre in the transfer market.
“We will not necessarily use any of the Chelsea money on players straightaway,” Rosler explained.
“We are looking to bring in one player this month anyway – even if we weren’t playing against Chelsea.
“If we can get him and there are no more injuries then I will be very happy with my squad until the end of the season.
“The money from the Chelsea game will be used for contract extensions at the end of the season or in next year’s budget for players coming in.”
