QPR have completed the signing of Yoann Barbet.
The French defender, a free agent having recently left Brentford at the end of his contract, has signed a three-year deal with the R’s.
Barbet, 26, is primarily a central defender but can also play at left-back. He spent four years with the Bees, making 107 league appearances.
QPR’s former Brentford boss Mark Warburton has been keen to sign at least one defender with significant Championship experience this summer, with Joel Lynch and Jake Bidwell having been released – 12 months after Nedum Onuoha and Jack Robinson departed.
