Alexander leaves Bees to join Crawley

Gary Alexander has left Brentford to join Crawley Town.

The 32-year-old has signed for the Sussex club on loan until the end of the campaign, when his Bees contract is due to expire. He rejected Brentford’s offer of a new deal.

Alexander is the third forward to depart Griffin Park this season, with Charlie MacDonald and more recently Mike Grella also being allowed to leave.
