QPR sign former Tottenham youngster

QPR have signed teenage midfielder Michael Anastasiou on a contract until the end of the season.

The 17-year-old was previously on the books at Tottenham and was more recently with the S&T Football Development Academy run by Troy Townsend, the father of Spurs winger and former R’s loanee Andros Townsend.

Anastasiou will play for QPR’s Under-18s, whose next match is away to Charlton this Saturday.
