Oscar is a doubt for Chelsea’s clash with Manchester City.

The Brazilian picked up a knock in training and looks unlikely to be available for Sunday’s game at the Etihad Stadium.

Chelsea will also be without goalkeeper Thibaut Courtois, who is suspended after being sent off in Saturday’s 2-2 draw with Swansea.

Striker Diego Costa, who has been managing an ongoing hamstring issue, is expected to start this weekend.

“Oscar is a doubt, he had a little injury in training, and Courtois is suspended. Apart from that, all good,” Blues boss Jose Mourinho confirmed.

Courtois’ absence means summer signing Asmir Begovic, who came on as a substitute following the Belgian’s dismissal, is in line to make his full debut.
