Fulham bring in Curbishley as coach
Alan Curbishley has rejoined Fulham as a part of manager Kit Symons’ backroom staff.
The former Charlton and West Ham manager briefly held the role of technical director at Craven Cottage last season, under former boss Rene Meulensteen.
But the 57-year-old will this time be part of the coaching set-up as Fulham fight to stay in the Championship.
Symons said: ““I am delighted. Alan is someone who I know reasonably well and I know him by reputation extremely well
“He’s been around a long time with a wealth of experience. That’s the one thing that myself and my staff, who have been fantastic I’ve got to say, haven’t got at that level. He’s got that experience in abundance.
“I’ll be certainly tapping into him trying to get as much knowledge and use his experience as much as possible.”

I had said this a few weeks ago, we needed an experienced coach to work on the problems throughout the team, so lets see if this can fix a big problem
