Video: Harlequins stars will boost England, says boss Lancaster
England head coach Stuart Lancaster has marked out Harlequins duo Chris Robshaw and Marland Yarde as key players ahead of the autumn internationals.
Robshaw will captain the side for the matches against New Zealand, South Africa, Samoa and Australia next month.
Yarde, Quins skipper Joe Marler and their team-mates Danny Care and Mike Brown also feature in the 33-man squad.
In confirming Robshaw as captain, Lancaster said: “He’s played well for Quins so far this season and certainly is a key part of a trusted leadership group.”
He said the backs unit was “very competitive” and was selected for its balance, with Yarde bringing “punch” from the wings.
