Remy speculation, Leicester linked with Austin and Chelsea with Pastore

Leicester could make a move for QPR striker Charlie Austin, according to The Sun on Sunday.

It is claimed that the Foxes, promoted along with Rangers last season, may target Austin if they fail to land Brighton’s Leonardo Ulloa.

Austin was linked with Sunderland earlier this week.

The Sunday People say Loic Remy’s wage demands could scupper any chance of a move to Arsenal, who are apparently willing to pay QPR £10m for him.

QPR boss Harry Redknapp wants to sign Norwich City midfielder Leroy Fer for £6m, again according to the People.

West Ham and Southampton are also said to be interested in the 24-year-old Dutchman, who featured for his country at the World Cup in Brazil.

The People also say Redknapp wants to seal the signing of Rio Ferdinand on an £80,000-a-week deal and that out-of-contract Rangers striker Bobby Zamora is set to reject Millwall and continue discussions at Loftus Road.
